Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a hands-on Manager of Operational Technology to oversee OT systems across our data center portfolio. You will lead reliability, security, and scalability of BMS, PMS, SCADA, and PLC-based controls while partnering with Engineering, IT, Cyber Security, and Operations teams.

You will mentor OT engineers and technicians, coordinate upgrades and new builds, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements as the company scales its footprint. Remote U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering or related field.
• Experience leading OT/ICS in data centers or critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of BMS, PMS, SCADA, PLCs.
• Travel approximately 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support OT strategy and roadmap to grow data center reliability and security.
• Manage design coordination, deployment, and operations of OT systems.
• Standardize OT platforms, processes, and governance across sites.
• Oversee monitoring, alarms, and incident response for OT environments.
• Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions for OT incidents.
• Lead vendor relationships and service delivery for OT platforms.
• Mentor OT engineers, technicians, and contractors.
