Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Manager of Operational Technology (OT) to lead the implementation and ongoing support of OT systems across its data center portfolio in the United States. You will drive reliability, security, and scalability of BMS, PMS, SCADA, PLC-based controls, and related networks.

Collaborating with Engineering, IT, Cyber Security, and Operations, you will standardize OT platforms, govern change control, review system designs, and mentor OT engineers and technicians while

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of OT/ICS, automation, or controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Support OT strategy and roadmap for data center growth, reliability, and security.
• Manage design coordination, deployment, and operations of OT systems (BMS, PMS, SCADA, PLC).
• Standardize OT platforms, processes, and governance across sites.
• Oversee monitoring, alarms, and incident response for OT environments.
• Coordinate root cause analyses and corrective actions for OT incidents.
