Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Manager of Operational Technology (OT) Delivery. This remote US role oversees OT systems across data center portfolios, including BMS, PMS, SCADA, and PLC-based controls.

You will drive standardization, security, and reliability while coordinating with Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, and Site Operations. You will lead upgrades, commissioning, and new builds, mentor OT staff, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–7 years OT/ICS experience.
• Strong knowledge of BMS, PMS, SCADA, PLCs and industrial networking.
• Familiarity with OT cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of OT systems across data centers to ensure reliability and security.
• Coordinate OT upgrades, retrofits, commissioning, and new builds.
• Oversee vendor relationships, service delivery, and performance for OT platforms.
• Develop SOPs, governance, and change control for OT environments.
• Mentor OT engineers and technicians; track KPIs and incidents.
• Support audits, compliance, and deployment of emerging technologies.
