Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Presales Solutions Engineer – OT/IoT Security to serve as a customer-facing security expert.

You will adopt a consultative approach to security projects and help develop new security services offerings, with this remote role servicing the Northeast region of the US. You will collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, and security engineers, educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling, and stay current on market trends.

Qualifications

• OT/IoT security knowledge including protocols, traffic analysis, and asset visibility.
• Familiarity with OT/IoT industrial protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, SCADA.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to run demos on cloud security products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Initiative to research and resolve problems with a positive attitude.
• Strong relationship-building acumen for customer engagements.
• Solid documentation skills including system/network diagrams.
• General understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, CIS, etc.
• Real passion for technology and expert security solutions knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers and procurement to strengthen customer relationships.
• Understand SHI services offerings and expand knowledge through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through 1x1, team, and company training.
• Stay current on new technology, trends, and market behavior.
• Develop collateral and use cases in SHI lab to support sales engagements.
