Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Presales Solutions Engineer – OT/IoT Security to act as a customer-facing security expert. The role will take a consultative approach to security projects and develop new security services offerings.

This is a remote position based in the Central region of the US for business needs, with collaboration across CIO, CSO, CISO, and security teams. You will educate sales on cybersecurity solution selling, create collateral, and deliver engaging demos.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• Familiar with OT/IoT protocols like Modbus, BACnet, SCADA.
• Willingness to travel to SHI/Partner/Customer events.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing security expert delivering consultative security engagements.
• Develop collateral and new security services offerings for customers.
• Deliver engaging presentations and demos; tailor content to audience.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through 1x1, team, and company training.
• Collaborate with CIO/CSO/CISO and security engineers to strengthen customer relationships.
