Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a presales solutions engineer focused on OT/IoT security. You will act as a customer-facing security expert, delivering consultative security projects and developing new services offerings.

Role requires deep OT/IoT security knowledge, ability to present demos, and collaboration with sales teams. The position supports remote work with US Northeast residency for business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Deep OT/IoT security knowledge (protocol awareness, asset visibility).
• Willingness to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, and security engineers to strengthen customer relationships.
• Understand SHI's security service offerings and participate in training.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and technologies.
• Develop collateral and deliver engaging security demonstrations.
