Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer specialized in OT/IoT security to join our remote Northeast team.

You will work directly with clients to assess security needs, design solutions, and craft services offerings that address complex OT/IoT environments. As a customer-facing security expert, you will present, demo cloud security products, develop collateral, and collaborate with sales and engineering to drive wins.

Qualifications

• Deep security knowledge in OT/IoT (protocols, traffic, asset visibility)
• Familiarity with OT/IoT protocols like Modbus, BACnet, SCADA
• Excellent presentation skills, including demos on cloud security products
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and organization
• Initiative to research and resolve problems
• Relationship-building acumen
• Strong documentation skills (diagrams, presentations)
• Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, HITRUST, CIS)
• Passion for technology and security solutions

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders (CIO, CSO, CISO, Security Engineers) to understand goals
• Learn company security service offerings through training and self-study
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling
• Stay current on technology trends and market landscape
• Engage in lab work to increase knowledge
• Develop collateral to support cybersecurity sales engagements
• Create use cases in SHI lab for sales support
