Job summary

ABB Inc. seeks an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business from demand to shipment. You will co-own outcomes with an SAP solution lead, deciding what to fix and how it is built, with authority to change processes, rules and systems behind your numbers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution focusing on planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, order management or ops.
• 3+ years accountable for an operational result (on-time in-full, fill rate, etc.).
• Experience using SAP hands-on in order fulfillment as a user or process lead.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business end to end.
• Co-own outcomes with SAP solution lead and decide what to fix and how it is built.
• Set priorities for fixes, adds, or replacements affecting stock allocation and misses.
• Manage change across plants, distribution centers and system teams not reporting to you.
• Run short experiments (1–2 months) to move the number, discard failures.
• Report results honestly to business leaders including ongoing issues.
