Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead who will own on-time, in-full delivery end to end for a high-volume manufacturing business.

You will work closely with an SAP solution lead to fix root causes and set priorities across demand, production, inventory, warehouse and shipping processes. You will report to the Vice President of IT and collaborate with Installation Products, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Distribution, Sales and Finance.

Qualifications

8+ years in manufacturing or distribution in planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, order management or operations.
3+ years accountable for an operational result such as on-time in-full, fill rate, promise accuracy or inventory.
Experience following an order from demand to shipment across plants and DCs.
Ability to trace delivery misses with data and fix causes.
Experience building data tools, analyses, dashboards, automations, or AI workflows.

Responsibilities

Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business end to end.
Co-own outcomes with an SAP solution lead as equals.
Decide what gets fixed and in what order; drive process and system changes.
Set priorities for fixes, builds, or replacements including stock allocation rules.
Run short experiments to validate changes and keep what moves the number.
Report results honestly to business leaders, including what is not working.
