Job summary

ABB is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery across demand, production, inventory, warehouse and shipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will co-own outcomes with an SAP solution lead and drive changes to processes, rules and systems behind your numbers.

This is a founding, hands-on role in our first value stream, with authority to change the way we operate and to move quickly.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution with planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, order management or operations.
• Ability to trace delivery misses with data and implement fixes.
• Experience building analyses, dashboards, automations or AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own one business outcome: orders shipped complete on the committed date.
• Identify root causes of missed orders using data and fix causes, not symptoms.
• Set priorities for fixes, builds, and changes to stock allocation when misses occur.
• Manage change across plants, distribution centers and system teams.
• Run short experiments to validate impact and keep what moves the number.
• Report results honestly to business leaders, including issues.
