Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing value stream.

You will manage demand to shipment, partner with SAP, and drive process changes to improve performance across plants, DCs, and the Cary, NC office as needed. In this senior business role, you will influence priorities, run focused experiments, and report results to business leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution in planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, order management or operations.
• Effectively communicate with plant managers, sales leaders and SAP team.
• Experience building your own data tools, such as analyses, dashboards, automations or AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business end to end.
• Identify root causes of missed orders using data and fix causes rather than expediting symptoms.
• Set priorities for fixes, builds, and changes including stock allocation rules.
• Lead change across plants and system teams; run short experiments to move the number.
• Report results honestly to business leaders, including issues.
