Job summary

ABB is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery end-to-end for a high-volume manufacturing business. You will co-own with an SAP solution lead, decide fixes and priorities, and drive change across plants and systems.

You will report to the Vice President of IT, work with a business sponsor, and operate from North American time zones. This is a founding role in our first value stream with broad authority over processes and rules.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, engineering, business or a related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution in planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, order management or operations.
• 3+ years accountable for an operational result such as on-time in-full, fill rate, promise accuracy or inventory.
• Experience building data tools, analyses, dashboards, automations or AI workflows.
• Ability to move between a plant manager, a sales leader and an SAP team in the same day.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business end to end—from demand and replenishment to warehouse and shipment.
• Co-own outcomes with an SAP solution lead; decide what gets fixed and in what order.
• Set priorities for fixes, builds, and changes to stock allocation and business rules.
• Manage change across plants, distribution centers, and system teams.
• Run short experiments and keep what moves the number; drop what does not.
• Report results honestly to business leaders, including what is not working.
