ABB is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery end to end—from demand and replenishment to production, inventory, warehouse and shipment. You will co-own with an SAP solution lead and decide what gets fixed in what order, changing processes and systems to move the number.

This is a founding, hands-on role reporting to the VP of IT, with remote work from anywhere in the US or Canada and travel to plants, distribution centers and the Cary, NC office as needed.

Qualifications

• A degree in supply chain, engineering, business or a related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution in planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, order management or operations, incl. 3+ years accountable for an operational result.
• Follow an order from demand to shipment across plants and distribution centers.
• Trace delivery misses with data and implement lasting fixes.
• Use SAP hands-on in order fulfillment; design/configuration not required.
• Experience building data tools, dashboards, automations or AI workflows.
• Demonstrate curiosity, willingness to adjust and openness to new information.
• Show impact by sharing outcomes with peers and building partnerships.
• Effective communication between plant managers, sales leaders and SAP teams.
• Candidates must have authorization to work for ABB in the US.
