Job summary

ABB is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing operation from demand through shipment. You will co-own with an SAP solution lead, determine fixes, and drive changes to processes and systems behind your numbers.

This is a founding role in our first value stream with authority to shape outcomes and timelines. You will report to the Vice President of IT and collaborate with a business sponsor in Installation Products, traveling

Qualifications

Degree in supply chain, engineering, or business.
8+ years in manufacturing or distribution in planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, order management or operations.
Experience using SAP hands-on in order fulfillment as a user, power user or process lead.
Experience building data tools, analyses, dashboards, automations or AI workflows.

Responsibilities

Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business end to end—from demand and replenishment to production, inventory, warehouse and shipment.
Co-own the outcome with an SAP solution lead; decide what gets fixed and in what order.
Change processes, rules and systems behind your number; stay until the target is moved.
Report to the Vice President of IT and work with a business sponsor in Installation Products.
Lead change across plants, distribution centers and system teams; run short experiments and scale what moves the number.
