Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing value stream across demand, production, inventory, and distribution.

You will co-own outcomes with an SAP solution lead and decide what to fix and how it’s built, shaping the processes and rules behind your number. This is a founding, hands-on role reporting to the VP of IT with a business sponsor, and it operates remotely from anywhere in the US or Canada with travel to plants

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, engineering, or business.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience with make-to-stock or make-to-order.
• SAP hands-on in order fulfillment.
• Experience building data tools or dashboards.
• Strong communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing end to end.
• Co-own outcomes with SAP solution lead.
• Set priorities for fixes and changes (stock allocation, rules).
• Manage change across plants and system teams.
• Run short experiments 1–2 months and keep the moves that lift the number.
• Report results honestly to business leaders.
