Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc is seeking an Order Processing & Returns Associate to support our remote team. You will enter customer orders, coordinate with warehouse, and ensure timely processing of returns.

This role requires 1-3 years of customer service and data entry, proficiency in Excel, and strong communication. You will collaborate across departments to resolve issues and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• 1-3 years of data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work individually and in a team.
• Ability to prioritize and juggle tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders into the computer system and coordinate with the warehouse to fill orders.
• Process shipments released from third party warehouses.
• Manage back orders and communicate with internal and external customers accordingly.
• Coordinate with pricing, credit, and inventory teams to resolve issues.
• Communicate order status updates directly with customers.
• Develop knowledge of part numbers and product offerings.
• Serve as a customer service contact to resolve RMA cases through to completion.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to review warranty claims.
