Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking an Order Processing & Returns Associate for a fully remote role. You will enter customer orders, coordinate with warehouses, and manage returns to fulfill our Light Made Easy promise.

The position supports multiple departments, requires 1–3 years in customer service and data entry, and emphasizes accuracy, communication, and teamwork. Travel to Lansdale, PA HQ is required for onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• 1-3 years of data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Entering customer purchase orders into the computer system and coordinating with the warehouse to fill orders.
• Processing shipments released from third party warehouses.
• Managing back orders and communicating with internal and external customers.
• Resolving pricing, credit, inventory, and shipping issues with various departments.
• Providing customers with order status updates.
• Maintaining key customer records in the system.
