Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking an Order Processing and Returns Associate for a permanent remote role. You will manage purchase orders, returns, and customer communications while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

Onboarding will require a briefing at the Lansdale, PA headquarters during the first week. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in customer service and data entry, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience or in a related field.
• 1-3 years of data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work individually and in a team.
• Ability to prioritize and juggle tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to process in a timely manner.
• Able to maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders into the computer system and coordinate with the warehouse to fill orders.
• Process shipments released from third-party warehouses.
• Manage back orders and communicate with internal and external customers accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve pricing, credit, inventory, shipping, and related issues.
• Provide customers with order status updates.
• Develop knowledge of part numbers and product offering.
• Serve as a customer service contact to see RMA cases through to completion.
• Interact with customers and sales to initiate warranty claims.
• Investigate shipping discrepancies with the warehouse and adjust inventory records.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure customers receive credits and refunds.
• Coordinate logistics to collect returned goods and ship replacements.
