Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking an Order Processing & Returns Associate for a remote role.

You will enter customer purchase orders into our system and coordinate with the warehouse to fulfill orders while ensuring returns are processed accurately and promptly. The position requires 1–3 years of customer service and data entry experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• 1–3 years of data entry experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to prioritize and juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders into the computer system and coordinate with warehouse to fulfill orders.
• Process shipments released from third party warehouses.
• Manage back orders and communicate with customers accordingly.
• Resolve pricing, credit, inventory availability, and shipping issues with internal departments.
• Provide customers with order status updates.
• Maintain knowledge of part numbers and product offerings.
