Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking an Order Processing & Returns Associate for a remote role. The position supports order entry, returns processing, and customer communications while collaborating with warehousing and multiple departments. Onboarding will occur at the headquarters in Lansdale, PA during the first week.

The role requires strong data entry, Excel proficiency, and excellent communication. Candidates should be located on MST or PST time zones and able to travel for onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience or in a related field.
• 1-3 years of data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work individually and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders into computer system and coordinate with warehouse to fill orders.
• Process shipments released from third-party warehouses.
• Manage back orders and communicate with customers accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve pricing, credit, inventory, and shipping issues.
• Provide customers with order status updates.
• Develop working knowledge of part numbers and product offerings.
• Serve as a customer service contact for external and internal customers to see RMAs through to completion.
• Interact with customers and sales personnel to initiate claims.
• Collaborate with product development on warranty claims.
