Job summary

Certco, Inc. is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to join our Warehouse team in a fully remote capacity. You will process and coordinate customer orders, work with transportation, procurement, warehouse, carriers and vendors, and ensure timely invoicing and order releases.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently from home. Training may be in-person near Madison, WI with occasional onsite visits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate several activities at once.
• Comfortable communicating with customers, coworkers, vendors, carriers, and other business contacts.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders for Woodman's and Conventional orders.
• Allocate orders for buyers and manage releasing orders for picking.
• Communicate with customers about order needs and updates.
• Invoicing throughout the day.
• Monitor cross-dock and debit orders to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve order processing and invoicing issues.
• Process special orders, food show samples, and special events.
• Ensure special orders are ready to release in full quantity as requested.
