Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking an Order Processing & Returns Associate for a remote role. The position requires being located on Mountain or Pacific Time and will involve onboarding travel to our Headquarters in Lansdale, PA during the first week.

The team processes customer orders and returns, coordinating with warehouses and internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate credits. A strong focus on communication and organization is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience or related field.
• 1-3 years of data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders into computer system and coordinate with warehouse team to fill orders.
• Process shipments released from third party warehouses.
• Manage back orders and communicate with internal and external customers accordingly.
• Work with pricing, credit, inventory, and shipping to resolve issues across departments.
• Provide customers with order status updates and maintain accurate records.
