Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc is hiring for an Order Processing & Returns Associate (Remote) to support customer orders and returns with accuracy and speed. The role requires MST/PST availability for onboarding travel to Lansdale, PA during the first week.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in customer service and data entry, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. This position is remote but onboarding occurs at headquarters.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience or related field.
• 1-3 years of data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to prioritize and juggle tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to process in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders into the computer system and coordinate with the warehouse to fill orders.
• Process shipments released from third party warehouses.
• Manage back orders and communicate with internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve pricing, credit, inventory, and shipping issues.
• Provide customers with case status updates and maintain accurate records.
• Develop knowledge of part numbers and product offerings.
• Serve as the primary customer service contact for RMAs through to completion.
• Coordinate logistics to collect returned goods and ship replacements.
• Work with sales and product teams on warranty claims and claims resolutions.
• Ensure credits are issued properly by coordinating with the accounting team.
