Job summary

Microserve is seeking an Order Management Specialist to handle high volumes of orders with accuracy and professionalism. This remote Canada-wide role requires strong communication, data entry skills, and the ability to coordinate with sales and warehouse teams.

The position emphasizes customer service and timely updates to clients. Responsibilities include processing orders, answering inquiries, providing quotes to sales, tracking shipments, handling returns, and reporting on metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of orders according to client SLAs
• Ensure 100% accuracy on order transactions
• Assist clients quickly and professionally with inquiries
• Provide quotes to the sales team as needed
• Monitor shipment dates and expedite when necessary
• Provide shipping/tracking information to clients
• Process returns and credits
• Submit orders to warehouse for fulfillment
• Handle data-entry related tasks
• Report on relevant metrics and data
• Escalate issues to procurement/warehouse teams
• Prepare detailed client reports with accuracy and timeliness
