Job summary

Avantive Solutions is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support customers and coordinate order management remotely for eligible US states, working with SAP and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage tasks independently, with a Monday–Friday schedule and benefits including medical, dental, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related customer service in a professional capacity.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage work independently.
• Proficiency with basic PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe PDF).
• Experience with SAP Order to Cash (O2C) components.

Responsibilities

• Customer support and order management while efficiently using SAP.
• Account management while building sustainable relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Financial and inventory coordination including resolving minor billing issues.
• Be a vital liaison between end customers and internal business units.
• Deliver against key customer service targets with a high-performing, accountable culture.
• Work from home if you live in certain US states (see list).
