Job summary

Absolute Software is seeking an Order Management Specialist to fulfill software license orders using Salesforce and NetSuite. This 14‑month maternity cover role can be remote, ideally based in BC or Alberta, Canada.

You will handle invoicing, account provisioning, and data maintenance, while following SLAs and collaborating with Sales Operations to ensure accurate order booking. Professional experience in order management, strong Excel skills, and the ability to train others are required to

Qualifications

Five years of experience in an Order Management environment.
Experience booking orders in Term, Billing-in-Arrears, Invoicing, and Credit/Debit transactions.
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Filter, Sort).
Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
Strong collaboration and training skills.

Responsibilities

Fulfill software license orders using Salesforce and NetSuite.
Follow SLAs for order fulfillment and respond to requests from customers and partners.
Maintain and update business process documents in Confluence and Asana.
Assist with new order management processes as they arise.
Manual order entry and data conversion for uploads into OMS.
Assign orders to customer accounts in Salesforce to provision licenses.
Process invoicing, issue credit notes, and handle order movements as directed.
Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Provide coverage during absences and support month-/quarter-end booking needs.
Collaborate with Global Sales Operations for account setup or revisions.
