Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and careful handling of names, numbers, and quantities.
• Experience with order processing or customer service is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Find the order using its reference number or customer details.
• Compare the recorded items and quantities with the submission.
• Check the available delivery or collection information.
• Identify missing or conflicting details before confirming.
• Send approved confirmation wording through the assigned channel.
• Record the communication in the correct customer history.
• Refer requests for changes outside the routine process.
• If a discrepancy persists, ask a focused question or route to the appropriate person.
