Job summary

Microserve is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our team. This role can be worked remotely anywhere in Canada while aligning with BC hours (PST). The successful candidate will process orders, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional client and internal communications.

Responsibilities include providing quotes, monitoring shipments, and generating client reports, with strong data-entry and MS Office proficiency required. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education completed.
• Advanced MS Excel experience required.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Process orders with high accuracy according to client SLAs.
• Provide quotes to sales team as needed.
• Monitor shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite when required.
• Provide shipping and tracking information to clients.
• Handle data entry tasks and report on metrics/data points.
• Escalate issues to procurement and warehouse teams as needed.
• Compile and prepare detailed client reports for timely delivery.
