Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent.
• Two years of durable medical equipment experience preferred.
• Three years in a fast-paced office environment required.
• Able to interpret business documents; problem solving and analytical skills.
• Overtime may be required when client order flow demands.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with vendor representatives to duplicate order specifications per ATP specs.
• Proof vendor quotes for accuracy of pricing, parts, and discounts.
• Coordinate with AT Professionals and Customer Care to ensure timely follow-up.
• Work independently to meet individual goals and productivity targets.
• Apply Numotion Leadership Principles with integrity and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Duties may change based on organizational needs.
