Job summary

Numotion is hiring an Order Entry Coordinator II to bridge the gap between Assistive Technology Professionals and DME Manufacturers. The role requires organized, detail-focused individuals who can verify pricing, parts, and discount structures for DME requests.

Responsibilities include collaborating with vendors and internal teams, maintaining accuracy, and delivering excellent customer service while complying with policies and regulations. OT may be required to meet demand.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent including reading, writing and math.
• Two years of durable medical equipment preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a high paced office environment.
• Ability to interpret general business documents; problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work overtime per day if client order flow demands.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Interface with vendor representatives to ensure 100% accurate duplication of order specifications.
• Proofs work and performs initial quality control review of vendor quotes for revenue validation.
• Coordinates with Assistive Technology Professionals and Customer Care to ensure timely client follow-up.
• Work independently to meet individual goals and department productivity targets.
• Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity and compliance.
• Adhere to confidentiality and Numotion policies and federal regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
