Job summary

Numotion, the leading mobility solutions provider in North America, seeks a Director of Service Order Processing to oversee multiple-location operations. You will mentor Service Coordinators, optimize repair-order workflows, and ensure top-tier customer service while aligning with Numotion’s leadership principles and compliance requirements.

You will guide scheduling, escalate issues within procedures, and collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and outcomes for customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum five years of operational work experience and/or training.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience, including leading, mentoring and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the service order processing team in providing repair services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide direct coaching on performance and career development.
• Coordinate service technicians' scheduling and routing for timely service.
• Address and resolve escalations in defined timeframes.
• Maintain accurate data in the order processing system and schedule appointments.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer service and turnaround times.
• Lead best practices and drive standardized service processes within the territory.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
