Job summary

Numotion, North America's largest provider of mobility products and services, is seeking a Customer Service/Order Entry Associate in Oregon to help customers obtain equipment and coordinate orders. You will verify insurance and enter data to move orders through processing, while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new equipment requests and enter data in the order system.
• Verify insurance/funding eligibility and benefits, and explain financial responsibility.
• Enter orders into the processing system and ensure intake steps are complete.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Resolve issues without transfers and de-escalate customers when possible.
• Coordinate scheduling of ATPs and seating technicians for evaluations and adjustments.
• Meet productivity and performance standards.
• Participate in New Equipment department initiatives to improve results.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
• Follow Numotion Leadership Principles and maintain confidentiality and policy compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
