Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud Functional Talent Management Lead to implement, configure, test, and support Talent Management modules across client environments. You will work with clients to understand business needs, deliver solutions, and ensure successful outcomes.

Role requires extensive IT consulting experience, leadership in large implementations, and strong analytical and communication skills. This position supports remote work from anywhere in the U.S. with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT consulting experience.
• 5+ years of functional consulting in Talent Management Cloud.
• Experience in Implementation Lead role.
• Certified in Talent Management modules considered a plus.
• Experience with onsite/offshore delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and troubleshoot Talent Management modules (Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, Learn).
• Deliver full lifecycle project support to meet client objectives.
• Create functional design documents detailing configurations and customizations.
• Test and integrate processes into the client's environment for seamless functionality.
• Develop OTBI-based reports to support business analysis and decision-making.
