Job summary

International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to drive implementation and optimization of Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation across client environments in the US. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into configuration, and provide end-to-end support from design through rollout.

The role requires 5+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM lead or similar role
• 5-7+ years implementing Oracle Cloud HCM
• Expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, OTL, Payroll modules
• Experience with public sector clients is a plus
• Experience with patch testing, impact analysis and testing
• Able to lead full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testing
• Produce end-user documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Consult on functional best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM policies
• Lead configuration and management of Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR/Benefits/Compensation)
• Provide best-practice guidance on business processes and implementation
• Publish weekly status reports to project management
• Coordinate efforts between module resources to implement optimal client solution
• Act as Oracle Cloud HCM SME to translate business requirements into configurations
• Maintain system processes and documentation; suggest procedural changes
• Assist with continuous process improvement and provide insights on best practices
• Provide assistance in key system processes
• Collaborate with technical streams on integrations, conversions and reports
