IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud Functional Talent Management Lead to drive implementation, configuration, testing, and production support of Talent Management modules across client environments in the United States.

You will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, deliver solutions, and write functional design documents, OTBI reports, and robust configurations. This role supports a nationwide, remote delivery model with offshore/onsite collaboration as needed.

Formación

• 8+ years of IT consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Functional Consulting experience in Talent Management Cloud; Implementation Lead role.
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, and Learn.
• Experience with onsite/offshore delivery models.
• Strong client engagement and requirements elicitation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and configure Talent Management business processes in Oracle HCM Cloud (Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, Learn).
• Provide end-to-end functional support across project lifecycle.
• Create functional design documents for configuration/customization.
• Test and integrate processes into client environments.
• Develop preliminary OTBI reports to support analysis.
