Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud Functional Talent Management Lead to implement, configure, test, and support Talent Management modules across client environments in the United States. You will work with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet objectives.

You will write functional designs, test processes, and provide production support while leveraging OTBI for reporting and analytics. Remote work from anywhere in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT consulting experience.
• 5+ years of functional consulting experience in Talent Management Cloud or similar.
• Experience leading implementations as an implementation lead.
• Certified in Talent Management modules is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients to elicit requirements and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, test, troubleshoot, and provide production support for Talent Management modules (Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, Learn).
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
• Prepare functional design documents outlining configuration and customization.
• Test and integrate processes into client environments.
• Develop preliminary reports using OTBI to support analysis.
