Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business System Analyst (Oracle EBS/Cloud Finance) to join the Enterprise Core Technology group. The role blends functional and technical work, translating complex business needs into robust, configurable finance solutions.

You will gather requirements, conduct fit/gap analyses, and drive Agile project execution within a global finance transformation. Remote work options are available, with a base salary in the US market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
• 4+ years of hands-on Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud experience with depth in Q2C and P2P modules.
• 4+ years of strong functional experience in revenue recognition, customer billing, supplier invoicing, and intercompany transactions.
• Strong understanding of key finance business processes and financial data structures.
• Proven track record in driving business process simplification and Oracle standard adoption.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, bridging gaps between technical teams and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and design documentation.
• Process Optimization & Fit/Gap Analysis: assess customization needs vs. Oracle standard.
• Lead external implementation vendors/partners and collaborate with internal users in an Agile environment.
