Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business System Analyst focused on Oracle EBS and Cloud Finance to support global finance operations. You will translate complex business needs into robust technology solutions and contribute across transformation programs and daily operations in a hybrid setup.
The role emphasizes functional and technical work (about 80/20), requiring 8+ years of experience, strong Oracle expertise in R12 EBS or Fusion Cloud, and a track record in Q2C, P2P and related financial
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
- 4+ years supporting Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud with Q2C and P2P modules.
- 4+ years in finance processes including revenue recognition, billing, invoicing, and intercompany transactions.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specs and design docs.
- Lead fit/gap analyses across finance workflows and drive process simplification.
- Partner with users and vendors to deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
