Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader - Distribution to drive growth and delivery of our Oracle Cloud Distribution offerings across U.S. clients. You will partner with sales, alliance teams, and executives to shape go-to-market and ensure successful execution of large-scale programs.

The role requires 15+ years in Oracle Cloud, a proven track record in multi-million deals, and leadership of dispersed teams. Remote in the U.S.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem including Supply Chain and Distribution.
Proven success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
Lead complex pursuits, RFP responses, solutioning workshops, and executive presentations.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
Experience developing GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership.
Experience leading geographically dispersed consulting teams across multiple engagements.
Experience collaborating with Oracle sales, alliance and partner organizations.
Experience managing P&L, practice growth, or portfolio financial performance.

Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Distribution opportunities through business development, strategic account expansion, and executive relationship management.
Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline generation targets.
Develop account growth strategies that expand Oracle Cloud consulting services within existing clients.
Sell and deliver large-scale and complex Oracle Cloud Distribution Transformations.
Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes to set the stage for successful project delivery across programs.
Lead end-to-end design conversations with clients around effective solutions on Oracle Cloud.
Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions.
Provide strategic guidance around Oracle Cloud adoption, operating model transformation, and organizational change.
Mentor project teams and guide clients on adopting Cloud and data-driven decision making.
