Job summary

TriNet, a leading HR solutions provider, seeks a Sales Consultant to pursue new prospects and quantify our value proposition. You will own opportunities and manage a sales process targeting companies with 5-99 employees across your territory.

You’ll conduct meetings with prospective clients, write proposals, gain approvals, and present to C-level executives and business owners. A 3+ year B2B sales background and proven ability to develop partner networks are ideal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B complex sales
• Proven PEO experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Plan annual territory strategy to hit targets across multiple states
• Prospect and build a balanced pipeline via calls, email, social
• Qualify opportunities quickly using target personas
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients
• Manage a multi-step sales process and close deals
• Use Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Navigator, and quoting tools daily
