Job summary

TriNet, a leading provider of comprehensive HR solutions, seeks a Sales Consultant to grow a defined territory serving 5-99 employee companies. You will prospect, build pipeline, present proposals, and close deals with C-suite and business owners while managing multi-step sales processes.

You’ll leverage Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo to maximize activity, drive quota attainment, and develop long-term client relationships in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or related work experience.
• 3+ years B2B complex sales experience preferred.
• Proven PEO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan: develop an annual territory plan to hit targets.
• Prospect: build a pipeline through calls, emails, and referrals.
• Qualifying opportunities: assess target market and decision makers.
• Value & consultative selling: establish trusted advisor relationships.
• Sales process: manage multi-step sales cycle with defined milestones.
• Sales tools: use Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
• Achieve quota by meeting activity metrics.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly.
• Uphold TriNet’s core values daily.
