Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision seeks a District Business Manager to own the strategic execution of the district's Surgical Vision business across multiple states, with a remote position preference for Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ, or Salt Lake City, UT. You will lead a diverse sales team and drive quota across capital and consumables.

You will recruit, train and coach Account Executives and Specialists, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and delivering strong results in a dynamic healthcare

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent is required or United States Armed Forces Veterans with military experience at the E6 pay grade or greater.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant business experience is required with proven leadership capabilities or two years US Armed Forces military experience.
• Knowledge of Capital and Consumable selling cycles and processes is preferred.
• Experience working in an Operating Room and familiarity with OR etiquette is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the US Cataract and Refractive franchise for AMO in the district geography.
• Lead a complex team of direct reports including Account Executives, Capital Sales Specialists, Premium Practice Specialists, and Key Account Executives.
• Hire, Train and Retain a high-caliber team of sales professionals.
• Achieve and maintain quota while advancing district goals and initiatives for J&J Vision.
• Coordinate efforts of various specialists to achieve common goals and share innovations with leadership.
• Balance quota achievement across Capital and Consumables including Phaco, Femto, Refractive, and IOL products.
• Performance-manage the team to ensure optimal sales output and development.
• Manage the district budget and ensure compliance with company policies.
