Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a District Business Manager to lead the Surgical Vision franchise within an assigned district and drive the business strategy. The role includes building strong customer relationships, leading a diverse sales team, and achieving quota across capital and consumables in ophthalmology.

The ideal candidate resides in Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT, is willing to travel up to 60% and has 5+ years of leadership and ophthalmology sales experience.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree or US Armed Forces veteran with E6 or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant business experience with leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of Capital and Consumable selling cycles.
• Operating Room experience or familiarity is preferred.
• Ophthalmology sales experience is highly preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Ideal resident in Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; or Salt Lake City, UT.

Mansioni

• Lead the US Cataract and Refractive franchise for AMO in the district geography.
• Direct reports including Account Executives, Capital Sales Specialists, Premium Practice Specialists, and Key Account Executives with dotted line oversight of Laser/ Refractive Laser Specialists.
• Hire, Train and Retain a high-caliber team of sales professionals.
• Achieve and maintain quota across Capital and Consumables including Phaco, Femto, Refractive, and IOLs.
• Coordinate the efforts of various specialists to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Share innovative strategies with JJ Vision Leadership.
