Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant business experience with proven leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of Capital and Consumable selling cycles is preferred.
• Ophthalmology sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and execute the district’s business strategy and tactics.
• Develop strong business relationships with partners and build a balanced talent pipeline.
• Lead a complex team of account executives and sales specialists to achieve quota.
• Coordinate efforts of various specialists to achieve common goals.
• Maintain knowledge of cataract surgery products and portfolio.
