Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a District Business Manager to lead the Surgical Vision district sales strategy across Colorado, Utah, and neighbouring states. This role requires strong leadership, deep ophthalmology sales experience, and the ability to drive performance across a multi-state region.

The position supports a remote work model with preference for candidates in Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT, and may involve significant travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant business experience is required, with leadership capabilities.
• Ophthalmology sales experience is highly preferred.
• Up to 60% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the district's Surgical Vision business within the assigned geography.
• Develop strong business relationships with partners and drive talent development.

• Manage the district budget and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
