Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Vision division seeks a District Business Manager to lead the Surgical Vision district, including Cataract/Refractive activities. You will develop the business plan, manage a sales team, and build strong partner relationships across a multi-state region including NM, CO, UT, AZ and beyond.

The role requires a BA/BS (or military equivalence), 5+ years of leadership in ophthalmology sales, and up to 60% travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or military experience (E6+) required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant business/sales experience.
• Ophthalmology sales experience highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and execute the district’s business strategy and tactics.
• Develop strong business relationships with partners and drive people development.
• Hire, train, and retain a high-caliber sales team; manage budgets and resources.
• Lead and influence across Surgical Vision within the district to meet goals.
