Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision is recruiting a District Business Manager to lead the Surgical Vision franchise across a multi-state district, including CO, UT, AZ, NM and nearby areas. You will guide a team of Account Executives and specialists, build strong partnerships with OR teams, and drive quota attainment.

The role is remote with preferred residence in Denver, Phoenix, or Salt Lake City, and involves up to 60% travel to support customers and initiatives in the district.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent is required or United States Armed Forces Veterans with military experience at the E6 pay grade or greater.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant business experience is required, with proven leadership capabilities, including ability to lead through change.
• Knowledge of Capital and Consumable selling cycles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the US Cataract and Refractive franchise for AMO in the district geography.
• Lead a complex team of direct reports including Account Executives, Capital Sales Specialists, Premium Practice Specialists, and Key Account Executives.
• Hire, Train and Retain a high-caliber sales team.
• Achieve and maintain Quota while advancing related goals and initiatives.
• Coordinate efforts of various specialists to achieve common goals.
• Advance innovative approaches and share with leadership.
• Attain quota across Capital and Consumables: Phaco, Femto, Refractive, IOLs and consumables.
• Manage performance and budget compliance.
