Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in pharma/biotech or related field.
• 7+ years managing direct reports.
• 5+ years strategic/key account management with enterprise engagement.
• Experience influencing across complex healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ophthalmology Account Management Team and oversee National/Key Account Directors.
• Shape strategic direction within US Ophthalmology franchise.
• Provide executive sponsorship for key accounts and maintain high-level engagement with leadership.
• Coach and mentor field team to sustain high performance and compliance.
