Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a District Business Manager to lead the Surgical Vision district across multiple states, including Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico and parts of Eastern Washington. This is a remote position with preferred residency in Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT.

The role requires strong leadership and proven quota attainment in ophthalmology sales, with travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or military equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years relevant business experience with leadership or 2+ years US Armed Forces experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US Cataract and Refractive franchise within the district.
• Manage a team of Account Executives, Capital Sales Specialists, and others.
• Hire, train and retain a high-caliber sales team.
• Achieve and maintain quota across Capital and Consumables.
• Coordinate efforts across specialists to meet goals.
• Remain knowledgeable about cataract products and portfolio.
