Visionix USA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across the U.S. market for ophthalmic diagnostic instruments, including OCT, autorefractors, fundus cameras, and related software.

This remote role requires proven medical device sales experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to close deals with clinics, retail chains, and healthcare systems. The position offers a base salary plus commission, extensive travel, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in medical device, eye care, or healthcare technology sales.
• Proven track record of quota achievement and territory growth.
• Strong knowledge of optometry/ophthalmology workflows and reimbursement models.
• Comfortable selling to clinical and executive-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell diagnostic instrumentation to private practices, retail chains, and clinics.
• Sell ophthalmic diagnostic equipment as part of an integrated solution.
• Close new business opportunities within a defined territory or channel.
• Deliver sales presentations and product demos to clinicians and decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and provide consultative support.
• Travel extensively within the assigned region (up to 50–75%).
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and webinars to generate leads and stay updated.
